Combination A superior combination fixture that utilizes two of the most effective types of lighting: PowerCompacts and metal halide. Our standard model is superior to other models which require upgrades to achieve the same amount of powerful actinic light. Also, our systems come complete, with no additional lamps to purchase. All models come standard with high output 7100K Ultra-Radiant Actinic Blue for a dawn and dusk feature and an energy efficient electronic PowerCompact ballast. Base models come with 175 watt 5500K and may be upgraded to 6500K, 10000K, or 20000K of 14-16 months. |

175 watt 5500K- A full spectrum daylight metal halide lamp that most accurately replicates natural sunlight. In combination with the Ultra-Radiant Actinic it is still one of the most popular choices. |

7100K Ultra-Radiant Actinic- A monophosphor lamp producing a wavelength of light that effectively penetrates the furthest in the aquarium. Designed as a dawn and dusk light source that brings out the natural fluorescence of the reef inhabitants. Used in combination with the 5500K metal halide this will enhance the overall appearance on the tank. |
