We accept returns on defective products or incorrectly shipped items within 30 days of receipt. Please call toll free 888-596-6546 to obtain a Return Authorization Number before shipping products. We can not accept returns without a Return Authorization Number. All returns must be sent prepaid within 30 days of the date received. No collect shipments will be accepted. We suggest that you ship returns via FedEx or UPS. If you must ship by truck, call us before you ship. To protect yourself against loss or damage in shipping we recommend that you insure the products for their full value. Your satisfaction is our number one goal. We will ship a replacement product or refund your money "excludes livestock", whichever you prefer. Most products are backed with a manufacturer warranty.
